We stand behind Chem-Mantra 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
• Refunds apply to first-time purchases of any paid plan (monthly or annual).
• Renewals and repeat purchases are not eligible for refunds unless there is a technical error on our part.
• Course-specific purchases follow the same 7-day window from the date of purchase.

Please include your registered email address and the payment reference number. We process all refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Card).

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
• Free plan upgrades or promotional pricing.
• Access to individual question paper downloads already consumed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle after the 7-day refund window has passed.
