According to Fajan’s rule, a compound with a low positive charge, large cation and small anion has ionic bond whereas a compound with a high positive charge, small cation and large anion has covalent character. Ba²⁺ is the largest cation here and it fails to attract electrons towards itself therefore it is least covalent.
